By conducting tenders and developing logistics concepts, 4PLCS supports MAGURA’s strategic alignment. In this context, first of all the structure of MAGURA’s in- and outbound traffic is analysed and optimized. Afterwards, gradually all transportation modes’ services are tendered, always targeting at improving internal processes and reducing freight costs. Furthermore, 4PLCS consults MAGURA’s subsidiary Bike Parts (responsible for MAGURA’s spare parts service and BOSCH’s eBike Systems) with optimizing logistic processes and designing and implementing a new service centre.
