4PL Central Station has successfully completed the AEO certification process and has officially been an ‘Authorised Economic Operator’ since November. AEO certification by the customs administration aims to secure the entire supply chain from the manufacturer of a product to the end consumer. The voluntary status confirms that we are particularly reliable and trustworthy, granting us privileges such as

- fewer physical checks,

- fewer document checks

- and preferential treatment during inspections.

In other words, leaner processes and less bureaucracy, which leads to faster and more efficient supply chains. ‘This significantly simplifies order processing for our partners and speeds up processes,’ says Paul Domin, Teamlead Customs at 4PL Central Station.
